With dedication and passion, we follow the entire
process of the elaboration of olive oil, from pruning, harvesting,
transportation, extraction, bottling, distribution, and exporting. Our purpose
extends beyond the production and distribution of Tunisian extra-virgin olive
oil. We try to promote local farmers and sustainable agriculture.
On This unique terroir, 'SFAX' historically known by
its mighty walls and with its large olive fields and plantations, gave us the
inspiration to name our brand 'REMPART', which provides you with
fresh, healthy, and delicious Tunisian extra-virgin olive oil.

A family business passed down from father to son for three
generations, it's the story of a family company with more than 60 years of
experience in the production of Tunisian golden juice.
Combining our expertise and knowledge, we
found REMPART, an oil obtained
from hand-picked olives, transported, and cold-extracted the same day.
